Our orders are normally prepared for dispatch within a few working days, so we recommend contacting us as quickly as possible if you change your mind.
Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it may no longer be possible for us to cancel it before delivery. However, your statutory cancellation rights for eligible online purchases still apply.
Where a purchase is offered as a pre-order or another deferred purchase option, the applicable fulfilment or delivery information will be clearly provided at the time of purchase. The same cancellation rights and statutory consumer protections apply.
